Service Technician in Maritime Electronics and Automation

  • by

Lyngaa Marine is looking for additional colleagues for our production and service department in Birkerød.

As a service technician with us, you will play a central role in the production and delivery of our advanced control and alarm systems for ships. Your main tasks will include the production, testing of systems and software, as well as commissioning of systems in close collaboration with shipyards around the world. Travel, both domestic and international, will be a part of the job, sometimes on short notice.

We prefer that you have an electrical engineering background, such as automation technologist, electronics technician, automation technician, or marine engineer. Alternatively, you may have experience in software development or programming. Our colleagues are, for example, trained electrical engineers, marine engineers, electrical installers, or automation technicians with design experience. Experience is an advantage, but recent graduates are also welcome. Regardless of your background, we offer training in the installation and commissioning of our systems.

We expect you to have a natural curiosity for programming PLC-controlled systems and their functionality. You should appreciate responsibility and independence, while also being eager to be part of our community.

We offer an exciting, varied, and dynamic everyday life with professional challenges and great opportunities for personal development. Our flat company structure promotes respect, appreciation, and knowledge sharing among colleagues.

If you have any further questions about the job posting or would like to become part of our team and culture, please contact us by email: hr@lyngaamarine.com
